Performance metrics measure an organization’s behavior, performance, and activities.

This can manifest in various ways, but the metrics must be presented in a way that supports the overarching goals of a business or organization.

Data can include things such as:

  • Employee performances
  • Sales goals
  • Budget goals
  • Production goals
  • GOOOOOAAAAALLLLLSSSS!
