We are excited to announce that we have a new three-year partnership deal with Bristol Sport and have become the sporting group’s official finance solution provider.
The story so far
Since 2019, Xledger UK has invested in supporting the role of Bristol Sport in the community and is now committing to do so for the next three years. This includes the ongoing support of the Bears Women, Bears Men, Bears Academy, and Bristol Flyers.
Our ethos, values and vision for supporting our community continue to align and our partnership has grown stronger over the last few years. Supporting Bristol Sport is a massive part of the Xledger culture and being able to take that to the next level by enabling the ‘team behind the team’ with our cloud-based software means that our partnership is much more than a traditional sponsorship deal.

Investing in our local community with Bristol Bears Community Foundation
Since 2021, we have been working with the Bristol Bears Community Foundation to support two of its programmes – the Bear in Mind and Bright Sparks schemes. Bear in Mind and Bright Sparks help young people from the most deprived areas of Bristol deal with challenges of the modern world, building their confidence and their aspirations.
We’ve been inviting groups of young people to our offices to meet some of our employees and hear their career journeys: the ups, downs, challenges, and advice on how to succeed and overcome adversity.
In June 2022, Xledger employees raised money through a 350 mile cycle to fund a new cohort of young girls to take part in the Bear in Mind scheme for a whole year, and the same for a group of young boys to participate in the Bright Sparks programme.
Xledger will also continue to sponsor young players from 13 years upwards through the Bristol Bears Academy. This includes offering a young player from the Bears scholarship programme an internship to gain work experience in a professional environment.
Together Xledger and Bristol Sport aim to empower people both from the community and the business world through the love of sport. We are two growing businesses in Bristol who have the same vision for success, so it is an absolute pleasure to continue working together on this partnership.
