The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Development Executive to join our team at Xledger. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end bid development process, from initial client engagement to the submission of winning proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in crafting compelling bids, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering strong client relationships.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the bid development process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals that align with client needs and Xledger’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and client requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor proposals effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the bid process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for proposal development.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to create cohesive and comprehensive bid submissions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform bid strategies and enhance Xledger’s competitiveness.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bid Development Executive or in a similar role within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP solutions and financial management processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

  • Full Time Role
  • Salary – £30,000 – £40,000 (experience dependent) + commission.
