Empowering excellence on and off the pitch – since 2021
We’ve proudly supported the Bristol Bears Women since 2021, and have been championing Bristol Sport teams since 2019. We are now returning to power Bristol Bears Women as Principal Partner and Front of Shirt sponsor.
“At Xledger, we’re committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where all of our team can thrive. Whether that’s with flexible working or tailored personal development pathways, we’re proud to lead a culture that empowers everyone to grow and succeed. That same commitment to excellence and opportunity drives our support for Bristol Bears Women and initiatives like Bear in Mind, which provide practical tools and confidence-building experiences for young women in our community.”

Empower everyone to grow and succeed
Our flexible working and progressive pathways policies support wellbeing and enable personal growth and achievements across the organisation.
- 20% of our employees come from different ethnic backgrounds.
- 28% of our employees were promoted in 2024.
- We are proud recipients of the Great Place to Work award for 5 consecutive years and for Development in 2025.
At Xledger, we champion respect, resilience, and real progress. We foster a culture of openness, collaboration and mutual success.
In 2023, we met with Bristol Sport’s Daisie Mayes and Becky Nattress behind the scenes to discuss what it means to be a woman in business and sport in 2022 and how our organisations build strong communities, especially in the Bristol area.
Make an impact in our community
From grassroots to greatness, our partnership –now in its fifth season –is about more than matches. It’s about mentorship, motivation, and meaningful change in our local communities.
We have been working with the Bristol Bears Community Foundation to support two of its programmes – the Bear in Mind and Bright Sparks schemes. Bear in Mind and Bright Sparks help young people from the most deprived areas of Bristol deal with the challenges of the modern world, building their confidence and their aspirations.
We’ve been inviting groups of young people to our offices to meet some of our employees and hear their career journeys: the ups, downs, challenges, and advice on how to succeed and overcome adversity.
Together Xledger and Bristol Sport aim to empower people both from the community and the business world through the love of sport. We are two growing businesses in Bristol who have the same vision for success, so it is an absolute pleasure to continue working together on this partnership.
“Our relationship with Bristol Sport is representative of two organisations which are both growing and becoming increasingly successful for the right reasons. Empowering our joint ambitions is the driving force behind this partnership, and now it’s exciting to grow this ambition further.”
