An FCCA-qualified professional with an MSc in International Accounting and Finance, I lead teams to deliver high-quality ERP implementations and expert client support.

Passionate about collaboration, learning, and innovation, I foster a culture that connects implementation, project, and support functions to deliver seamless customer experiences.

With a background in finance systems and management accounting, I bring analytical insight, empathy, and leadership that empower teams and clients to achieve lasting success.

I am a Senior Consultant & Team Leader at Xledger UK, specialising in software implementation and professional services. With over four years at Xledger, I oversee technical aspects of ERP projects, ensuring seamless integration and tailored solutions that drive efficiency.

My earlier finance roles at Bupa Dental Care and Hoare Lea equipped me with strong skills in systems administration, process improvement, and financial reporting

After 28 years as a Management Accountant and Financial Controller, and implementing many finance systems, I joined Xledger as an Implementation Consultant to do what I am really passionate about. I haven’t looked back.

I am a Senior Implementation Consultant with expertise in delivering innovative business solutions and optimising processes for enterprise clients.

With a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and digital transformation, I help organisations leverage technology to drive efficiency and growth.

Known for my collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset, I partner with stakeholders to design tailored solutions that meet strategic objectives.

I bring over 17 years’ worth of finance experience in various roles in both practice and industry.

I have worked in many verticals in my finance career, including Building Merchants, Renewables, the housing and development industry, and niche markets including the Jewellery trade. I have also completed implementations client-side, so I have a good understanding and empathy for my role as Senior Consultant.

My breadth of finance experience allows me to combine this with my Xledger knowledge to ensure the client gets the configuration and setup they require.

In my spare time, I enjoy coaching football and spending time with my family.

I have a background in internal and external audit, along with over 20 years working in the charity sector with the National Trust, where I developed strong system implementation skills relating to finance systems and CRM implementations. I have also worked on system implementations in the research and local government sectors.

I joined Xledger six years ago and, as an implementation consultant, I enjoy working with clients to ensure they maximise their system requirements when moving to Xledger.

I have 25 years’ experience working in accounts practice, support, technology, and ERP delivery, giving me a deep understanding of how systems work in practice.

I now apply that experience in Xledger consultancy, where I focus on designing clearer, simpler, and more resilient structures for customers and teams.

I bring over a decade of expertise in accounting, complemented by more than five years of experience within a leading cloud accounting practice. During this time, I successfully implemented cloud accounting software and integrated applications into companies’ tech stacks, ensuring seamless workflows and optimised financial processes.

As an Implementation Consultant at Xledger, I specialise in helping organisations streamline their financial operations through cloud-based ERP solutions.

I am an Implementation Consultant specialising in financial systems, supporting organisations through the end-to-end deployment of Xledger’s cloud-based ERP.

With a background in finance, process improvement, and business partnering across multi-site hospitality and service industries, I bring strong analytical skills, practical operational insight, and a user-focused approach to system design.

My experience includes streamlining financial processes, developing dashboards and data models, and leading projects that improve efficiency, control, and reporting accuracy.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and attempting to lower my golf handicap.

I began my career at Xledger as an apprentice and have grown within the company to become a Consultant, taking the lead in implementation projects.

With hands-on experience gained entirely at Xledger, I bring deep product knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to delivering successful solutions, helping organisations achieve efficiencies across all users

I am an FCCA‑qualified accountant with five years of experience in practice, where I built strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance. Transitioning into finance technology, I joined Xledger as an Implementation Consultant before progressing to Product Manager for the UK.

In my current role, I capture both UK and global product requirements and collaborate closely with the R&D team to deliver and roll out new functionality. My passion lies in driving innovation and creating solutions that make financial systems smarter, more efficient, and better aligned with the evolving needs of organisations.

Before joining Xledger, I spent 10 years working in both accountancy practices and industry companies, where I realised my passion for working with and understanding different accounting systems and how they operate. This led me to join Xledger, and for the past two and a half years I have enjoyed every moment of working here.

I have 3.5 years of experience in finance, with a background in accounting. Previously working as a Management Accountant, I gained expertise in financial reporting and analysis. Holding an MSc in Accounting and a BSc in Accounting and Finance, I apply technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills to support effective business operations.

My background was based in Accounts Payable until a journey into Investigator Payments began my career in building robust, process-driven payment solutions to ensure Doctors and Clinics were paid for taking part in clinical trials. Moving into the problem-solving world of Support at Xledger was a new career path, but it has been very rewarding and makes full use of my many years of experience in AP, Payroll, and Expenses. As Support Lead, I also get to speak to people, which is my favourite part of the role.

I have over 10 years’ experience in accountancy practices across the South West, working with both corporate and charitable entities in audit, accounting, bookkeeping, and corporation tax.

Since the announcement of MTD in 2015, I have championed accounting software, gaining extensive experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online, SAGE, Digita, and SilverFin.

A self‑proclaimed Excel guru with a passion for technology and AI, I now combine my finance and tech background in Support at Xledger to deliver effective solutions for customers.

My passion for business, accountancy, and technology led me into finance software and ultimately to Xledger. With five years’ experience as a digital solutions specialist, I developed expertise in software advice, implementations, and training. This foundation in problem‑solving, data analysis, and customer service now helps me support Xledger clients effectively.

My background is primarily in operational finance teams across multiple FTSE100 and global organisations, up to FC level. These roles naturally led to delivering significant internal finance transformation programmes, which help me understand what Xledger’s customers want and need.

I have been at Xledger for nearly four years, leading a team of experienced Project Managers who pride ourselves on excellent communication and great attention to detail, supporting our implementation consultants to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Away from work, I prioritise and love time with my grandchildren, enjoy taking part in many sports, and write and record music.

With experience across housing, charity, finance, membership organisations, arts, and non‑profits, I bring a background in finance and procurement and a passion for technical integrations that deliver positive change.

At Xledger I focus on global process efficiency, and in my free time I enjoy dog walking, golf, and endurance events.

I am a Senior Project Manager with experience in finance software and higher education.

Skilled in communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management, I deliver solutions through Agile, collaborative approaches.

Outside of work, I enjoy family time, CrossFit, sports, and podcasts on science and religious thought.

I have experience in account management, customer success, and project delivery across multiple industries.

With PRINCE2 and Agile qualifications and a Master’s in Philosophy, I combine analytical thinking with practical project management to deliver successful Xledger implementations.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, and time with family and friends.

I am a Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience across industries, from hardware installations to IT payroll projects.

Skilled in stakeholder management, governance, and team leadership, I deliver customer‑focused solutions with clear objectives.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cinema, and long walks with my husband.

I have experience across business operations, customer success, and translation services in Portugal and the UK.

With roles at Microsoft and now Xledger, I combine technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high‑quality results.

Outside of work, I enjoy family time, long walks, good food, LEGO building, and murder mystery games.

I am an experienced Integration Team Lead and Technical Consultant with a strong background in business analysis, systems integration, and software engineering.

Before taking on my current role at Xledger, I worked across various analytical and functional positions, developing deep expertise in data integration, process automation, and solution design.

Combining technical precision with a strong understanding of financial systems, I play a key role in streamlining integrations between Xledger and external platforms.

My focus lies in creating robust, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver long-term value for clients.

I have 11 years of experience working in tech, including six years in infrastructure and five years in development.

As an integrations consultant at Xledger, I design and deliver integrations that help customers automate processes, streamline data flows, and get more value from their systems.

I also build native, pre-built integrations between third-party systems and Xledger, providing customers with packaged solutions that can be set up quickly and easily.

I have 4 years of working in audit and over 3.5 years of experience in finance technology.

As Direct Solutions Consultant at Xledger, I work with prospects, identifying requirements and finding solutions for businesses.

I offer advice to finance teams to visualise the full potential of Xledger’s system and how it would work specifically for their organisation, taking into account their business requirements, desired outcomes, and future plans.

I am a Consultant at Xledger UK, working with finance departments to seamlessly implement Xledger’s cloud-based finance software.

With 9 years’ experience in finance roles myself, I have the knowledge to provide support and guidance on how finance professionals can unlock the power of modern technology.

I have decades of experience delivering finance solutions, and my goal every day is to identify ways organisations can save money and redirect those resources to benefit their communities. At the same time, I am committed to improving the working lives of the people who use these solutions, ensuring they have tools that make their jobs easier, more efficient, and more rewarding.

I am a Bid Development Executive at Xledger, with prior experience managing bids in a law firm. At Xledger, I oversee tenders, frameworks, and bid processes, ensuring the bid library and platforms remain accurate, compliant, and up to date.

I work closely with Sales, Solutions, Partners, and Implementation teams to prepare proposals, align responses with business goals, and manage framework listings such as G‑Cloud.

I also administer bid tools like Loopio, deliver training sessions, and support colleagues with RFPs, security information, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent, well‑structured bids.

Outside of work, I enjoy practicing Yoga, going on long walks, and spending time with friends & family.

For 17 years, I’ve been helping businesses choose the best technical solution for their needs.

My experience ranges from communication solutions to custom software applications, infrastructure as a service, security, and software as a service. I entered the ERP and finance solutions world in 2012.

As Sales Director at Xledger, my focus is on understanding the challenges that the UK charities are facing, and tailoring our product and onboarding approach in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

With over 10 years of experience in business development across multiple sectors, most prominently in Finance & Education, I am passionate about supporting organisations in driving their commercial approach.

At Xledger, I use my experience to help organisations upgrade their finance systems, automating manual processes, providing insight, and scaling their business.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and play football with my 5-a-side team.

I have over ten years of experience helping Finance Teams explore, understand, and solve their challenges by adopting the right software.

I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, across many sectors, both in the UK and abroad. My passion for customer service comes from my background in hospitality management, where I learned the importance of putting people first.

Outside of work, I’m a keen triathlete, and I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy taking my dog, Fergus, out for runs — it’s one of the best ways for me to unwind.

I bring over a decade of sales experience spanning finance, digital transformation, and cyber security, helping organisations adopt technology that drives meaningful business change. I am passionate about building long-term, values-led partnerships with firms that share Xledger’s commitment to integrity, innovation, and customer success.

Beyond my commercial career, I am actively involved in community and sport. I am a Director of InCourage, contributing to initiatives that promote wellbeing and positive change within men’s mental health, and am engaged with the Welsh Touch Association, helping advance the growth of touch rugby across Wales.

I bring extensive software and technology experience across the UK, Europe, America, and the UAE, helping organisations modernise their finance operations through cloud-based automation.

I support all sectors, but specialise in housing associations and other mission-driven organisations as they move from legacy systems to scalable, data-driven, best-of-breed solutions.

Outside of work, my passions include improving female representation in the world of endurance sport, co-founding a women’s triathlon community.

With over five years of experience in SaaS sales, I have consistently helped customers bridge the gap between their current capabilities and their evolving business needs, ensuring they are equipped for long-term success.

While my work spans all sectors, I focus particularly on helping care and hospice organizations embrace digital transformation.
