While much less interesting than being a part of the other BI, British Intelligence, B.I. is one of those terms you should all be aware of since you are most likely in an industry that deals with it in some capacity. After all, I doubt a lot of nuns are visiting my articles. Then again…if you know of a convent that uses B.I., let me know. I want to give the nuns their due respect.
I. is the overarching term for any service, software, resource, or tool an organization or person uses to analyze data, which can then be transformed into insight for decision-makers. Properly used B.I. can aid in decision-making and even increase revenue gain.
