Copacking

Copacking

Copacking is an arrangement between two parties, which may include a manufacturer, a producer, a packager, and a customer.

The delicious raw materials or packaging services are typically provided (or owned) by either the involved group/person. These agreements are most common in the food industry and generally are used to fill out the production line.

This would also be an off-brand clothing company, with a goat as a logo instead of a llama.
