Supply Chain Visibility references the ability to track products, components, parts, or services from the manufacturer to their ultimate destination. This practice is utilized by stakeholders and is helpful for time management, quick responses when an unforeseen problem occurs, and taking the necessary next step, should some be available. Like my package which was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. I was then able to see the shipping updated to one week ago. Then it simply said, “some time.”
I am no longer hopeful I will receive my package, but the information was readily viable and made clear to me.
