Xledger includes a flexible, robust and fully unified payroll administration system with capabilities for payroll automation, handling different kinds of payments, deductions etc. Xledger maintains a comprehensive set of rate registers and taxation rules. You can easily arrange and approve payments directly within the application, as well as define an unlimited number of ad-hoc or recurring payroll runs and frequencies. You can also ensure timely and accurate submission of wage withholding reports. Time can be imported, or can be input by employee directly into the system (via smartphone touch interface, calendar based input, etc.) – all of which makes time tracking simple and user friendly. With proper access employees can access historical pay slips, enter and track time, enter and track expense reports, and manage their employee profile. Employee access from any web-enabled computer or mobile device makes time entry simple and easy. Employees can also create expense reports, attach receipts, and gain approval, all online. Supervisors and managers can approve all entered time at customer defined intervals. Automatic transfer of billable expenses to invoicing system ensures that no billable items are missed. This is integrated with payroll, but can also be operated and paid outside of normal payroll runs.
